Established in 2014, Fairmont Property Management, Inc. (FPM) is a multi-family residential property management and investment company. Our properties are located in and around Chicago’s beautiful North Side neighborhoods, including Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Andersonville, Lincoln Square and Ravenswood. Our office is centrally located to our properties, and our properties are within convenient walking distance to transportation, retail shopping, grocery, health clubs, and restaurants.

As a property manager, FPM’s goal is to exceed our residents’ expectations by building quality relationships through excellent communications, and providing a safe, clean, up-to-date living experience. FPM takes pride in our responsibility to deliver a high level of service, attention, and value to our all our residents. We also make it easy for our tenants to manage their accounts, with online rent payments and maintenance requests and an attentive staff.
